The athletes are getting all the attention, but the answer to questions like those above may mean more to the typical Chicagoan as the city enters the home stretch of its campaign to win the 2016 Summer Games.
The games certainly offer the potential for gain, maybe big gain. But they’ll come at a cost. What counts is which is larger.
